Main Events in 2005

On January 24th,2005	Arranged by Jiangxi Trade Committee, Sucurity Supervise Bureau, Environmental Bureau, Industrial and Commercial Bank and Jiangxi Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd, the thionyl chloride item (including Thermoelectric project) has passed the overall checking.
In February 2005	Jiangxi Electrochemical High-tech Co., Ltd was awarded "Advanced Enterprise for Promition of Reoccupation in 2004" by People's government of Jin Dezheng.
On December 31th, 2005	The first shareholder meeting in 2005 and the fourth directorate of Jiangxi Electrochemical High-tech Co., Ltd was held in Huangshan. In the meeting, the achievement of the managing group in 2004 was affirmed and the manufacture plan of 2005 was passed. Besides, some working demands of the company were put forward in the meeting.
In May 2005	The labour union held the first staff sports meet in the electrochemical yart to enrich the staff's amateurish life and improve the staff's physical quality. The items of the sports meet includes 100m Dash, Single Ping-pong, Doubles Ping-pong, 5000m Long-distance Running, Male Basketball Party Match, Female Push-and-pull Party Match, etc.
In August 2005	Affirmed by Jiangxi Science & Technology Office, the thionyl chloride produced by Jiangxi Electrochemical High-tech Co., Ltd acquired "High-tech Product Certificate" and was awarded "Name Brand Product in Jiangxi" authorized by Jiangxi Name Brand Strategy Committee.
On August 2nd, 2005	Jiangxi Electrochemical High-tech Co., Ltd was awarded "Safe Manufacture Licence" issued by Jiangxi Safe Manufacture Supervise Bureau.
On August 19th,2005	Jiangxi Electrochemical High-tech Co.,Ltd passed the checking of 90,000 ton caustic soda, power and water supply project and special railway line project.
On September 1st,2005	Sun Yonghe, vice director of People's Congress in Jiangxi, accompanied by main leaders of Jing Dezhen City and Leping City, came to check and appraisal the effect of "Water Resource Prevention and Cure Law" in our company.
On September 30th, 2005	The Thermoelectic Filiale of Jiangxi Electrochemical High-tech Co., Ltd was established to meet with the manufacture demand of the company.

Main Events in 2004

On January 31th, 2004	The first thermoelectrical set 4# successfully generated.
On February 14th, 2004	The first shareholder meeting in 2004 and the second directorate of Jiangxi Electrochemical High-tech Co., Ltd was held in the meeting room of Jiangxi Leping Company. In the meeting, the company went through the manufacture plan and arrangement, and Liu Yiyun was elected to be president of the company.
On February 27th, 2004	Jiangxi Electrochemical High-tech Co.,Ltd acquired "National Industrial Product Manufacturing Licence" awarded by Chinese Quality Supervise and Check General Bureau.
On March 8th, 2004	Thermoelectrical Steam External Pipe successfully supplied heat for the first time.
In May 2004	The sodium hydroxide series products of Jiangxi Electrochemical High-tech Cp., Ltd was appraised as certified products in the Quality Supervise Item Spot-check in 2004 and was awarded as "Quality Certified Sincere Enterprise in National Spot-check".
On July 28th, 2004	The thermoelectrical 3# set successfully generated and completed the 72-hour test run. Form then on, the project began its test manufacture.
In July 2004	Jiangxi Electrochemical High-tech Co., Ltd was honored Jiangxi Excellent Enterprise in the year of 2003.
On August 13th, 2004	The second shareholder meeting in 2004 and the third directorate of Jiangxi Electrochemical High-tech Co., Ltd was held in Hezi Hotel of Jing Dezhen. In the meeting, the general manager Wang Guoqing's contribution and managing strategy were confirmed. Besides, the leaders went through the auditing of the schedule proposal.
On November 23th, 2004	11 people were organized by Jiangxi Security Manufacture Supervise Bureau to go through spot check and appraisal of thionyl chloride and its thermoelectricity device. The leaders and experts highly appreciated the corresponding security establishment of the project and agreed to pass the check of the project.
On November 30th,2004	Jiangxi Electrochemical High-tech Co., Ltd was awarded "Stat. Advanced Group" in the chemical industry of Jiangxi in the year of 2004.
On December 1st,2004	Jiangxi Electrochemical High-tech Co., Ltd was established, and the company celebrated in the Thermoelectrical Factory.
On December 18th, 2004	14 people organized by Jiangxi Environmental Bureau went throuth the environmental check and accept of the thionyl chloride item (including Thermoelectric project).
On December 31th,2004	The fire protection establishment of the thionyl chloride item (including Thermoelectric project) passed the check by Fire Department in Le Ping City.
